Nie tylko próba czasu jaką przetrwał Mystery Land, ale również rozmach, z jakim jest organizowany zasługuje na wyeksponowanie festiwalu spośród wielu innych. Pierwsza edycja odbyła się na lotnisku w Leystad. Kolejnymi miejscami, w których było organizowane Mystery Land to Rotterdam, Eindhoven blisko Busloo, Six Flags w Dronten i Ruigoord znajdujący się niedaleko Amsterdamu. Od 2003 roku Mystery Land stale odbywa się na terenie słynącym ze światowej wystawy kwiatów, w Haarlemmermeer leżącym niedaleko Amsterdamu. Nie tylko historia Mystery Land, ale przede wszystkim miejsce i klimat, jaki tworzą przybyli tam imprezowicze jest niezwykły. Wydarzenie to składa się z kilkanastu scen, gdzie prezentowane są przeróżne gatunki muzyczne, wielu atrakcji, a tłem jest bogata i rzadka roślinność, która nadaje bajeczny charakter imprezie. Niektórzy wręcz twierdzą, że jest to Disneyworld dla dorosłych. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, zaczynając od gatunków muzycznych, poprzez artystów, skończywszy na oferowanych rozrywkach. Sama kampania reklamująca festiwal jest bajecznie kolorowa i ujmuje niezwykłą grafiką. Udogodnienia takie jak sektor VIP z rozszerzoną paletą atrakcji czy oczka wodne to tylko nieliczne atrakcje. Zeszłoroczna impreza, z uwagi na atrakcyjność festiwalu przekroczyła liczbę 50 tysięcy uczestników. Ogromny ścisk jaki miał miejsce na Mystery Land 2005 nie był winą organizatorów, a nieuczciwych klubowiczów, którzy za wszelką cenę chcieli uczestniczyć w tym niecodziennym wydarzeniu. Zaskakująca liczba laserów, efekty świetlne i pirotechniczne nadają jedynie formę dla tego wydarzenia. Treść jaką jest muzyka tworzy niezwykła kompozycję, której nie opiszą żadne słowa. Takie imprezy nie są organizowane codziennie. Oprócz tego, co dla duszy, można znaleźć na festiwalu uciechy dla ciała.
